Commission terms, privacy & likeness.

• The private first commission is $750 USD, once. The request form takes no payment and creates no obligation.
• If the moment is suited to the work, you meet the creative lead and practice reviewer before you decide to commission.
• A commission includes one consultation, one privately directed 45–60 second film, one round of directed refinement after the private première, a practitioner-reviewed 14-day practice, and a private closing review.
• The $750 is credited toward annual Atelier if an invitation is accepted within 30 days. Annual Atelier ($2,499/yr) is offered only by mutual invitation and includes four signature commissions a year.
• Atelier is a private behaviour-practice and mental-rehearsal experience. It is not medical care, emergency support or a replacement for therapy.

Requests are reviewed privately. Before you share any personal material, you receive a written brief that explains how your material is stored, how any model is used, your likeness rights and how deletion is handled. You may ask for your material to be deleted; the written brief sets out the process and timing. For any privacy request, write to hello@notension.ai.

Your likeness and private material are used only to create the film you commission. They are never reused, published or used to promote Notension without your separate, specific written consent. Every Notension film is clearly identified as AI-generated — a deliberate portrait of a possible future, created for rehearsal, and never presented as a record of a real past event.
